This is the most silly thing I’ve read in so many time. Seriously. In my opinion GIMP is one of the most successful free software applications in the desktop, and not being installed by default is far away from disassociation.
The author of the post has problems with F-Spot
name too (in his own words suffers from a poor name), and his reasons are not very surprising after reading the whole article.
I don’t know how many people shares the opinion of WorksWithU, but it would be rather sad that Ubuntu were lowering too much its standards.
