I suck at improvisation.
Dmaj7 : F#m7 : Bm7 : Em7 : A7, from try this out on your guitar.
I really love how sounds the neck pickup of my Telecaster!
As you may know, I recorded this song some time ago (although hard rock-ish, and using my Washburn WI-65PRO guitar). In case you can’t read Spanish, there’s a direct link to my fly me to the moon cover.
After more than a year without guitar (the Ukelele is not the same, really), finally I got a Telecaster; and I love it!
You may think that this is a folk/rock/blues guitar, and actually it is. But I wouldn’t say it’s limited to those genres. Today you can make any guitar sound in any way you want.
This is a quick test with a brit-style amplifier, 25% drive, a plate reverb, and a chorus/flanger. Not bad for the stock single coil pickup. Welcome home!
Another “post-moving” podcast, this time is the day after we arrived to Guildford from Reading. Someday we’ll try something IT related, but by now this will work like a very lame travel guide.
Background music is public domain (Billy Holiday). Spanish again!
Another pointless podcast :).
This time we’re commenting our experience in Reading, with some public domain background music (Billy Holiday). Sorry, Spanish again!
Update: as I said, the sundtrack it’s on public domain and by Billy Holiday:
When we were about to move to UK, about one year ago, we though about recording a podcast. You know, it’s that kind of thing you think it’d be cool but at the end you realize you can’t do.
You know we’re leaving Exeter, and I had the bright idea to record something just to say goodbye to that beautiful city.
Don’t expect anything great, and the podcast it’s in Spanish (may be next time we’ll try English, if there’s a next time -I don’t know-).
Recorded with aplay, edited fast and dirty with Audacity, and the sound track it’s the public domain Big Stuff by Billy Holiday.
See you in Reading!
